1 Definitions & Introduction

This document forms a legal agreement between the 7bbet platform (https://7bbet.bar) and its users. In this document, "we", "us", or "platform" refers to 7bbet and its operating entity. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using the service.

These terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy, responsible gaming policy, and other operational policies, form a complete legal framework. In the event of any conflict, this primary document shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

7bbet services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service. We may request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account if necessary.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and the platform authority will decide on any remaining funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing accurate and truthful information when opening an account is mandatory. An account opened with false information may be terminated at any time. If your registered details change, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Responsibility for Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify the 7bbet support team immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 7bbet is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). You must use your own account when making a deposit — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The withdrawal method used will correspond to the deposit method. Large withdrawals may be delayed if your identity verification is not yet complete.

3.3 Identity Verification

For security purposes, 7bbet may request a national ID card or passport at any time. If the required documents are not provided promptly, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold. This process is carried out to protect your funds.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7bbet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw funds received as a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳15,000 before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not added.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to circumvent the bonus system by any means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.

4.4 Promotion Validity

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Each game and betting category has its own rules, which can be found in detail on the relevant game page. All games on 7bbet are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded. 7bbet is not responsible for any loss caused by server errors or internet disconnection.

5.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet is generally considered void and the staked amount is refunded. However, different rules may apply in certain specific cases, which will be noted on the relevant event page.

5.4 VIP Program

7bbet has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, 0.8% for Platinum, and 1.0% weekly cashback for Diamond. 7bbet reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of VIP tiers.

6 Security & Data Protection

For payment transactions we use Bangladesh's recognised mobile financial services and banking channels, which ensure the highest level of protection for your financial information.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bbet platform:

• Operating an account in the name of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or fake information.
• Operating or assisting in operating more than one account.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Using the platform's system in a fraudulent manner.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account or payment method.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 7bbet's Rights

7bbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for any reason without prior notice, particularly in cases of prohibited activities, breach of these terms, or security concerns.

8.2 User's Rights

You may close your account at any time. To close your account, contact the support team. Please ensure you withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a violation, the balance of that account (both deposits and bonuses) may be considered forfeited. However, if the account is closed under normal circumstances, regular deposited funds are refundable.

11 Limitation of Liability

7bbet is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or error.
• Issues arising from system errors of third-party game providers.
• Disruption to games caused by internet disconnection or device problems.
• The consequences of a user's own financial decisions.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues.

7bbet always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, our liability for temporary disruptions caused by technical or external factors is limited.

12 Dispute Resolution
